THE 56th ANNUAL BERT BELL MEMORIAL AWARD DINNER
The 2016 Bert Bell Memorial Award Dinner, sponsored by Pocono Raceway and the Mattioli Foundation, Dougherty Electric, Flyers Charities, PMC Property Group and Fastrack Construction, was a stunning success attracting more than 500 people and raising over $350,000. Coach Mike Holmgren received the Bert Bell Memorial Award for his contributions to the National Football League. Harold Carmichael was given the Dick Vermeil Award and the Leonard Tose Award recipient, Merrill Reese, for their commitment to family, team and community. The Michael’s Way Hero was Brianna Gansert, diagnosed at the age of 14 just four days into high school with Bilineage Leukemia.
